Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PKT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers We work with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and carrier performance.
Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (details shown at checkout).

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged:
