Return Window Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In their original packaging with all tags and labels intact

Non-Returnable Items

• Hygiene, personal care, and beauty products (for health and safety reasons)
• Opened or used consumables

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@theclicknship.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid return label.
3. Ship the item back securely in its original packaging.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Include clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
